Andrew Wallis

Andrew is an experienced Chartered Surveyor having a career history combining private and public sector experience.

With an honours degree in Urban Estate Management, Andrew has over 26 years involvement in the property sector, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995 and practicing initially in the United Kingdom in North Wales, the North West of England and since 2008 on the Isle of Man.

Before joining Black Grace Cowley in 2017, Andrew held the role of Head of Valuation and Asset Management for the Isle of Man Treasury.

A fully qualified RICS Registered Valuer experienced in many aspects of commercial and residential property issues, Andrew heads the Professional Department, offering valuation, landlord and tenant, and general property consultancy services including an oversight of the property management functions within Black Grace Cowley.

Married with four children and living in the South of the island, if not at work or with the family, Andrew volunteers as a junior coach and club rugby development officer for the Junior and Youth Sections at Southern Nomads Rugby Club.
