Mark Grace

Mark runs the Commercial Agency and Investment side of the business and is a well-known and established businessman on the Island, having been born in Douglas and worked in Agency for over 30 years. Mark was educated at King William`s College in Castletown and subsequently at Liverpool John Moore`s [Accountancy], and then Northumberland University, where he gained a First Class Honours degree in Estate Management. A qualified Chartered Surveyor and former Chairman of the local Merseyside and Isle of Man Branch, Mark now lives in St Johns with his wife, Rachel, and their two sons, Jack and Nathan.

A former Junior Island Squash champion, Mark is still regularly seen on court, but has become better known recently for taking to the fairways at Castletown`s excellent Golf Links Course.

As well as being a regular advisor to Government, Mark is Director of a number of Property related private and public companies with assets spread across the UK. He is also a Governor of the Island`s historic private independent school – King Williams College.

Mark sits on the Management and Executive Committees of the Manx Blind Welfare Society – one of the Island`s oldest and largest charities, and is one of the founder members of ‘Oskars Dreams’, a small charity dedicated to the care of terminally-ill children on the Island.
