Access can be obtained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and includes the use of a shared kitchen and break out area. Other services offered include printing and scanning facilities, use of computers, broadband, Wi-Fi and phones (including VoiP) and IT support.

ACCOMMODATION
Flexible serviced office space approximately 600 sq ft in size, comprising three banks of four desks (with computers) and a break out area, overlooking Prospect Hill.

PRIVATE OFFICE
Flexible serviced office space – customer can opt to use the space as a private office. Minimum 12 month term and monthly rolling thereafter. Pricing is £8000 pa + VAT (for the use of 12 desks, computers and chairs) and will also include the use of Broadband, Wi-Fi, Refreshments and Post Handling. At an additional cost, telephone handsets can be provided (to include VoiP). In-house IT Support is also available as well as printing and scanning facilities.
