Purchasing a property is notoriously stressful! However… we found the service provided by Susan Gibson (of Black Grace Cowley) helped alleviate a lot of this!
Susan was extremely flexible with regards to viewing times and found the right balance between highlighting the features without sounding like a pushy sales person! The period between the offer being accepted and the completion date was quite lengthy (through no fault of BGC) but Susan stayed in touch making sure all parties were kept up to speed and aware of the next steps.
