High quality, furnished serviced offices available offering either an open plan “hot desk” arrangement or private offices in this modern, purpose built building in Castletown.  Costs include electricity, heating, lighting, insurance, cleaning, wireless connection and service charge.  There is a manned reception during office hours and 24-hour access if required via a fob access system.  Verbal and written Mandarin translation services, secretarial and telephone answering services are available at additional cost.  Free parking, free tea and coffee and communal kitchen facilities available if required. WC’s in the common areas.

LOCATION
Travelling from Douglas to South via the Quarterbridge, continue past the Airport, up to the next roundabout.  Turn right and continue to the next roundabout. Turn right and The Engine House can be found immediately on your right hand side immediately after the bridge.
